And they refer to appliances that need 110Volt to 400Volt to operate. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The electrical installation is one of the most basic parts of the construction of your home, both for its operation and safety, as well as for its aesthetic effect.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This starts very early in a house, since the fundamental grounding is now mandatory for all newly constructed buildings. The installation of the foundation grounding on the concrete begins <\/span> <b> Before <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">the first stones fall on the building site.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">There are also many modern solutions, provided that the appropriate wiring has been carried out in our installation. One of them is the &#8221; <\/span><b>Smart<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8221; home. With the installation of suitable components, we have the possibilities of remote control or local control, which is achieved with one unit placed in our premises. These units also have the ability to provide the floor plan of our home on a wall mounted touch screen. On this screen the complete picture of the devices &#8211; lighting fixtures present in the house is displayed. From there all actions (opening &#8211; closing or dimming) are carried out in any consumption we want. Always in consultation with you, the infrastructure and studies needed for the installation are adapted.       <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All of these of course need infrastructure, study from the beginning of the installation and always in consultation with the customer and his needs.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Sick currents are called the wiring in our space&#8230;<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8230; (whether residential or commercial) which power low voltage devices such as: Telephones, networks, loudspeakers, etc.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Weak currents, an important part of a domestic installation, can be used for various applications and are divided into categories:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> <\/span><b>  Television<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A radial (or axial) TV installation with good quality cables and appropriate equipment results in the best possible signal reception and the possibility of simultaneous multiple viewing (if there is more than one TV) e.g.: dvd, media player etc.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Telephony &#8211; Internet &#8211; Home Network<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In our time, the<\/span><b> phone<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> is as essential as the <\/span><b>home network<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Home network is called a <\/span><b>set of wiring<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">  with which we have the ability to interconnect all our electronic devices with each other. Some of the electrical devices that can be connected are: computer, TV, media player, home cinema, cameras. Furthermore, there is the    <\/span><b>controllability<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> of the devices of our home from a distance, through <\/span><b>smartphone<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u03ae <\/span><b>tablet<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">or a computer from another location.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A prerequisite for the above is the appropriate wiring, with cables <\/span><b>ethernet<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, the appropriate RG45 power supplies and the appropriate equipment e.g. HUB &#8211; Switch &#8211; Router &#8211; Patch Panel<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">  Also, in case our installation is old and there is no wiring and we do not want a wireless network, there is a solution with power socket devices, which gives us the possibility through wiring of strong currents to have a wired network. These devices are called Power line devices and can be installed in any type of electrical installation, single-phase or three-phase. In three-phase, the wall sockets on the wall that we choose must draw current from the same phase. A licensed installer can point out these points.   <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Doorphones &#8211; Video intercom<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The intercom and intercom is the device that gives us <\/span><b>audiovisual<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> interaction with the person who wishes to enter our residence or workplace.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The above devices are <\/span><b>necessary<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">  in every home for several decades due to security reasons. The door entry system has been leading the way for about 25 years, and in the last 5 years many additional features have been added. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Alarm &#8211; Fire detection<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>The alarm installation<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">  in a home or in a business premises, is essential. In case our premises are located on the ground floor or 1st floor the risk is quite high. The lower we are located, the easier access for unwanted visitors!  <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">An <\/span><b>complete<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> alarm system, including: alarm panel, keypad, siren, radar, magnetic contacts.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In combination with other devices, access is allowed to<\/span><b> at any time<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> to the alarm system and our premises, either by sound or by image!! Even to change parameters.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>The fire detection installation<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> is essential in areas with combustible materials, especially in business premises.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In residences, e.g. if we have an alarm system in our house <\/span><b>suitable<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">  can also accept fire detection, then we can place it according to our needs, for example: above our electric cooker. Most fire accidents in the kitchen area are caused by   <\/span><b>carelessness.  <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fire usually comes from an open eye in combination with food or oil, and the results are tragic. Fire detection prevents these accidents and effectively protects your home.   <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>  Closed circuit<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The installation of a closed circuit in a house used to be considered a luxury. But nowadays, more and more people pay a lot of attention to the   <\/span><b>Security<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">  their home and\/or shop. Demand has increased especially in homes where there are children who, due to the parents&#8217; work, stay with another person who supervises them. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">However, account must always be taken of the <\/span><b>institutional framework<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">  regarding the installation of a closed circuit television in a home or business premises (e.g.: the camera is not allowed to look into a street &#8211; public or public place). When they are located   <\/span><b>within the dwelling<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">  every resident or visitor must be informed of its existence. In business premises it is necessary   <\/span><b>special permit<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> for the installation of such systems; and<\/span><b> posting<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> a warning sign.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The<\/span><b> full<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">  closed circuit system consists of: recorder, cameras, cables. Finally, today there is the possibility of monitoring the site   <\/span><b>at a distance. <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This can happen when the system is connected to our home network, with a cable <\/span><b>ethernet<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. (<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">*The recorder must support this feature<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>  Home theater &#8211; Entertainment<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u0397 <\/span><b>home entertainment<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> includes many applications such as: sound, picture, video games, etc.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To implement it, we need wiring that is appropriate for each of the things we want to do. E.g. If we want to place a projector, we need to place it at the point of   <\/span><b>roof<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> to be mounted, power cables, HDMI, VGA, HDMI, COMPONENT, network cables etc., depending on what machine we have chosen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For the sound, good quality cables will be needed which, if the installation is new, will be run through the masonry, otherwise they will be visible.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As for our TVs (if there is more than one in the room) we can use a network device, e.g. a hard disk or a media player, to watch whatever we want, on any TV we want.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-caa7bd2 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-child\" data-id=\"caa7bd2\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-779247b elementor-widget elementor-widget-menu-anchor\" data-id=\"779247b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"menu-anchor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-menu-anchor\" id=\"iliothermal\"><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4ea329d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"4ea329d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2><b> <\/b><\/h2>\n<h2><b> <\/b><\/h2>\n<h2><b>Solar thermal systems<\/b><\/h2>\n<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">One of the most interesting energy-saving alternatives is solar thermal systems. With these systems, in addition to the needs for the production of hot water (DHW), we can also cover a large part of the energy needs for heating the building. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">However, it is very important to realize that solar thermal in no case can be the sole heating system of a building, but only to operate as an auxiliary to a heating system, such as a boiler or heat pump and with a participation that cannot exceed 35% on an annual basis.  <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Solar thermal systems are integrated solutions and consist of:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">high-efficiency solar panels (usually meander-type or vacuum collectors),<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">energy storage tanks, which have strong insulation and usually a system of stratification of the hot water at the height of the tank, based on its temperature. Thus, high-temperature water is stored in the upper part to meet the DHW requirements, medium-temperature water is stored in the middle part to meet the heating requirements, and cold water is stored in the lower part. The main source of energy production, which is usually oil or gas boilers, condensing technology, heat pump and biomass boilers, and is found either integrated or installed next to the vessel, and  <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">the solar station for the transfer of solar energy, the fresh hot water production station, using plate alternators and electronic circulators, the associated equipment such as inverter technology circulators, expansion tanks, balancing valves, etc., and the central automation that controls the system.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The basic principle of operation of these systems is that solar energy is stored in special heaters when it is available during the sunshine and used appropriately to meet heating and DHW needs, while when it is not sufficient to fully cover the loads (during the night or on a cold and cloudy day) then the main energy source is involved to cover the remaining energy. Priority is always given to meeting the energy required to produce DHW and then the excess energy is allocated for space heating.   <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A very basic parameter is to maintain as large a temperature difference as possible between the upper and lower part of the thermocouple in order to increase the efficiency of the solar field and maximize the stored solar energy. Also, in solar thermal systems, the combination with low temperature systems (floor and surface heating, fan coils) and progressive heating operation using an external temperature-based heating compensation controller is very important. This makes it possible to exploit even the minimum solar energy supplied by the heating system, while in periods of partial loads, such as autumn and spring, the number of starts of the main energy source is significantly reduced, achieving very high levels of fuel savings that can even reach 50% on an annual basis compared to a conventional system.    <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Solar thermal systems in combination with gas or oil condensing boilers or heat pumps and automation control of the internal heating distribution system of a building can be classified in the higher energy scale A+++.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ad4427c e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-child\" data-id=\"ad4427c\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b93b99e elementor-widget elementor-widget-menu-anchor\" data-id=\"b93b99e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"menu-anchor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-menu-anchor\" id=\"thermansification\"><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-512e528 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"512e528\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2><b> <\/b><\/h2>\n<h2><b> <\/b><\/h2>\n<h2><b>Heating Heating &#8211; Natural gas.<\/b><\/h2>\n<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Heating of the interiors is a prerequisite for comfort. The key to success is the calculation &#8211; study, under real conditions of the building, and the implementation of the system according to the study. The heating system can be divided into two main axes. The way of heat transmission and the way of heat production. The transmission mode is the indoor installation. Radiators, underfloor heating,       <\/span><b>fan coil units<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, roof heating, are some of the main applications of an indoor installation. Each type, differs in the way of installation, the mode of transmission, the quality of heating and the cost of installation. Different systems can be selected in a building depending on the requirements.  <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The main sources of heat production are fossil fuels, biomass and electricity. The trend today, driven by environmental protection and energy saving, is pushing us to use Natural Gas and Electricity systems. For natural gas, the technological development gives us the possibility of using proportional condensing units, which provide the required energy according to the demand.  <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Similarly, heat pumps cover the needs of heating using electricity. They provide high energy consumption savings, are environmentally friendly systems, and together with natural gas systems, they upgrade the energy efficiency of the building.   <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">  <\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Underfloor heating<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In recent years we have heard a lot about underfloor heating, and the number of buildings installing it is constantly increasing. It is undoubtedly a very good space heating system for homes and beyond. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">However, as with any heating system, the specific requirements of each application must always be considered.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Simply put, underfloor heating is constructed by laying pipes on the floor and covering them with a special layer of concrete (thermobeton) in order for the whole construction to function as a large &#8220;radiator&#8221;.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The designation of underfloor refers to the system for delivering thermal energy to the rooms and not to how this heat is generated.
