For the issue of a building permit for a new or radically renovated building with a total surface area of more than 50 m\u00b2, the following is required   <\/span><b>elaboration<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and<\/span><b> submission<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">  Energy Efficiency Study to the competent Planning Authority. It is a necessary study for the issuance of a building permit and replaces that of thermal insulation, as it was before the implementation of the new regulation. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">According to the new legislation, every building must meet certain energy efficiency requirements. The requirements, as far as the design of the building is concerned, relate to: <\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">the thermotechnical characteristics of the shell elements; and<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">the technical characteristics of the electromechanical installations (heating, cooling, air conditioning, ventilation, lighting, hot water).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The design data are entered in <\/span><b>special software<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> energy analysis software and calculate the <\/span><b>final consumption<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">  primary energy. The building, after being compared with a reference building with similar geometrical characteristics, is classified in an energy category, which will be confirmed by <\/span> <b> energy audit<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and the issuing of a certificate (<\/span><b>PEA<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Energy Study for businesses (Hotels, Schools, Offices, Medical Centres, etc.) is a complex process and includes,<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Recording of all energy consumptions of the building such as cooling, heating, heating, heating, lighting, motors, etc.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Registration and evaluation based on fuel and space<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: <\/span><b>erection<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, addition and repair of buildings,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>demolition<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> structures with exceptions in specific cases,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">excavations or backfillings greater than plus\/minus 0.80 metres, as well as paving, landscaping and landscaping of plots and land for the purpose of building,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2><b><\/p>\n<p>Energy certificates<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><b>Energy Performance Certificates, What is an Energy Performance Certificate? Energy Classification <\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Energy Performance Certificate or Energy Performance Certificate (<\/span><b>P.E.A.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">) is a document that records and declares the energy consumption of buildings or parts of buildings. The Energy Certificate is issued exclusively by   <\/span><b>Energy Inspectors<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, who are <\/span><b>certified engineers<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">  from the ministry. In order to issue the Energy Certificate there will definitely be a   <\/span><b>autopsy<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">  of the space, in order to carry out the necessary  <\/span><b>checks<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">  and  <\/span><b>measurements<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. The issuance of the Energy Certificate of your building, means the  <\/span><b>ranking<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">  of this in one of the  <\/span><b>energy categories<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">  determined by the Ministry of Justice, while at the same time it will include  <\/span><b>Recommendations<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">  of the inspector (non-binding) for the  <\/span><b>energy upgrade<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">  of the building, with the ultimate goal of  <\/span><b>energy saving<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Energy certificates are required for all buildings, regardless of floor area and use, when the following cases apply:<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Existing buildings:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On <\/span><b>Sale<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> or the <\/span><b>lease<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> any building larger than 50 m\u00b2, in accordance with Presidential Decree 100\/2010.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you join the programme &#8220;<\/span><b>Save at Home<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8220;, regardless of the size of the building.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The lease <\/span><b>commercial premises<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, such as offices, doctors&#8217; surgeries, shops, restaurants, etc. In these cases the owner now needs to submit electronically all the details of the property to the taxisnet system where the contract will be validated. Even in this case, of course, there are some exceptions where the energy certificate is not necessary, such as in ovens, parking lots, dry cleaners, car repair shops, etc.  <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The PEA is a certificate that measures the <\/span><b>energy consumption<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">  of the property. That is, the cost of heating, air conditioning and hot water production, in relation to the losses of the construction, perhaps due to age or the materials used. A similar certificate now exists on all electrical appliances which ranks them in relation to the energy they expend to operate.    <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">So you will have noticed that the <\/span><b>prices of electrical appliances<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> vary depending on their energy <\/span><b>consumption<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. This means that the less energy it consumes (A+, A++, A+++), the more expensive it is.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The same is true for the <\/span><b>residences<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Those that are classified in a high energy category have a higher resale value. They also prefer to buy or rent a house with a lower energy consumption <\/span> <\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">  because the tenant will prefer to buy a property for which they will spend less money on heating, air conditioning and hot water production.  <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The duration of the certificate is 10 years, as defined by the Ministry of Environment and Climate Change (YPEKA) through Presidential Decree 100\/2010.During this period, the energy certificate can be used as many times as necessary for the rental or sale of the property. The only case where a new energy certificate may be issued is if the owner makes interventions that will improve the energy efficiency of the building, in which case the new form will reflect the energy upgrade.  <\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>The Energy Inspection procedure consists of the following stages:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Collection of the necessary data from the interested party, after consultation.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Autopsy &#8211; 32) &#8220;Fire Protection Regulation for Buildings&#8221;.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Existing<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> buildings are considered to be those whose building permit was issued before the date of entry into force of the above-mentioned Presidential Decree, while <\/span><b>new<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> buildings whose building permit was issued after the entry into force of the <\/span><b>\u03a0.\u2206. 71\/1988<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The term &#8220;fire safety&#8221; was synonymous with the expression &#8220;safety against fire&#8221;, because this was imposed (and justified) by the strict discipline in the &#8220;narrow&#8221; sense of the words: fire and safety, from which it derives.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">  With the evolution of science and technology over time, the belief has been developed that &#8216;safety against fire&#8217; is the purpose of fire safety &#8211; a belief that is generally accepted to be correct.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">  Both fire safety and fire protection are involved in the general human concern for making the right decisions. For the necessary actions (mental, etc.) it is necessary to know the nature of fire, so it was considered appropriate to follow the separation: fire safety fire protection, review of the prevailing views on the categories of fire according to the nature of the fuel. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This examination of fires shall be carried out<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">  with criteria that extend to the technological area<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">  for teaching purposes, and<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">  with reference to the standardisation in force in our country.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The adoption of the above policy is a consequence of the intention to have an easy source of information for those who study the rational operation of fire safety systems in technological, educational or legislative contexts, since the root of the factors responsible for such operation lies in the type of fire.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Passive and Active Fire Protection<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The fire protection of buildings is divided into two sub-sectors:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">at <\/span><b>passive fire protection<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, which ensures the <\/span><b>timely <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">and <\/span><b>safe<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> safe and secure escape of the public from the building and <\/span><b>avoidance of<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> spread of the fire to other premises or buildings<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">at <\/span><b>active fire protection<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, which refers to the means installed in a building that help to <\/span><b>timely <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">the early detection of a fire and\/or the immediate <\/span><b>response <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">before it becomes uncontrollable. <\/span> <b> <\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In addition to fire suppression, particular attention is paid to preventive measures of passive and active fire protection depending on the use of a building.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Finally, buildings are classified, depending on their use, into the following categories: Residential buildings, Hotels, Education buildings, Offices, Shops, Shops, Public places, Crafts, Industries, Warehouses, Health and welfare buildings, Correctional buildings, Car parks and Petrol stations.  <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The fire protection measures that buildings must have are:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Permanent Fire Water Supply Network where provided and in buildings with a height of more than 28 metres.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Automatic water sprinkler system where required for each building depending on its use.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Automatic fire detection system in hazardous areas and where required for each building depending on its use.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Automatic full-slope or local application extinguishing system where required.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Automatic explosive mixture detection system where required for each building depending on its use.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Manual fire alarm system where required.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Portable fire extinguishers (dry powder, carbon dioxide, etc.).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Auxiliary tools and instruments.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Setting up fire protection teams.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div It has a wide range of applications in small and large scale installations such as heating, domestic hot water, cooking, cooling, steam generation, cogeneration, electricity generation and as a fuel for motor vehicles. It is one of the most economical and ecological fuels and as its distribution network is constantly expanding, it can be used in more areas of the country.  <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The installation of natural gas requires an application study, which is submitted and checked by the competent authority. Upon approval, we are allowed to proceed with the gas installation construction works.
