Building Permits Building Permits<\/b><\/h2>\n

Our studies department undertakes the issuance of any type of building permit.<\/span><\/p>\n

    \n
  • License <\/span>Small<\/b> Small Scale (with a maximum budget of 25.000 \u20ac),<\/span><\/li>\n
  • License <\/span>building permit<\/b> <\/span><\/li>\n
  • Approval<\/b> building.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    A building permit is required for the execution of any building work, which does not fall under small-scale building work and concerns in particular:<\/span><\/p>\n

      \n
    • <\/span>erection<\/b>, addition and repair of buildings,<\/span><\/li>\n
    • demolition<\/b> structures with exceptions in specific cases,<\/span><\/li>\n
    • excavations or backfillings greater than plus\/minus 0.80 metres, as well as paving, landscaping and landscaping of plots and land for the purpose of building,<\/span><\/li>\n
    • construction of a swimming pool,<\/span><\/li>\n
    • a change of use, if there is a change for the worse in the elements of the coverage diagram or in the design loads of the structural design or a change in the mechanical installations as regards their passages from other floors or common areas,<\/span><\/li>\n
    • construction of retaining walls, as well as walls and fences not covered by the small-scale building works approval,<\/span><\/li>\n
    • construction of underground tanks,<\/span><\/li>\n
    • work on the installation of underground, prefabricated liquid and gaseous fuel tanks at service stations,<\/span><\/li>\n
    • works , with a budget of more than twenty-five thousand (25,000) euros,<\/span><\/li>\n
    • legalization<\/b> any work carried out for which a building permit is required. <\/span> <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
