February 2024 and will remain open until 29 March 2024.   <\/span><b>1<\/b><b>from<\/b><b> Income category<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This programme is the new form of the Energy Efficiency at Home programme and aims at upgrading homes by at least 3 energy categories.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>THE SPECIFICATIONS<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">An eligible dwelling is a detached house or apartment that meets the following criteria:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It is used as the main residence, as shown in the income tax return (E1) of the person using it.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It carries a building permit.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It is classified on the basis of the Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) in a category lower or equal to C.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It has not been deemed business<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Beneficiaries<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The programme is addressed to existing businesses &#8211; small and very small, medium, large and very large &#8211; operating in the Greek Territory, in eligible Activity Codes (ACNs) from the sectors of trade, services, catering, bakery and confectionery production, as well as tourism, with a Greek VAT number and active at the date of submission of the application for participation. In particular, for tourism enterprises, those which, according to the operating licence or the notification submitted, have a capacity of not more than 200 beds are eligible to participate. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Interested businesses will be able to submit a single application for funding per VAT number. For inclusion in the programme, the submission of an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) is required. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Enhancement<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The exact amount of the aid will be determined taking into account the aid rate and the maximum budget of eligible costs.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>The rate of aid for all eligible expenditure<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> reaches <\/span><b>up to 65%<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, depending on the type of intervention (buildings and non-building installations) and the size of the enterprise.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Accordingly, the following applies to the subsidised budget (public expenditure and private participation, excluding VAT) of each investment proposal of a potential beneficiary of aid:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">may not exceed the amount of <\/span><b>EUR 500 000 <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">for the tourism sector.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">may not exceed the amount of <\/span><b>EUR 250 000 <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">for other sectors<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Eligible expenditure<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">energy upgrading of the building envelope, such as thermal insulation, installation of shading systems,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">energy upgrade of the lighting system, from new LED technology, installation of automation to reduce consumption due to absence\/presence of users,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">energy savings in space heating systems, such as replacing boilers with heat pumps,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">energy savings in space cooling systems, such as replacement of air conditioners,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">energy savings in ventilation systems,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">energy savings in domestic hot water systems,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">installation of Renewable Energy Sources systems, such as solar thermal systems,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">installation of a compensation system,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">installation of automation, control and management systems at local and central level,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">replacement of energy-intensive equipment related to the production process of the services provided (e.g. ovens, refrigerators, hot water)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Ineligible expenditure<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li kW<\/b><\/h1>\n<p><b>Applications for the new &#8220;Photovoltaics on Roofs&#8221; programme have started!<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The &#8220;Photovoltaics on Roofs&#8221; programme is an energy and economic offset for systems up to 6 kWp.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In response to the continuous increases in electricity, oil and petrol prices, the new special programme for the installation of photovoltaic systems on the roofs of domestic consumers, aimed at all households, has been launched.<\/span><b> without any inclusion criteria<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, with a limit of 6 kWp for the Interconnected System and Crete and 3 kWp for the Non-Interconnected Islands. <\/span> <\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The offsetting contract signed with the installation of the photovoltaic system has a 20-year duration and a price of 87 \u20ac \/ megawatt hour.  <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Energy offsetting means the offsetting of the energy entering the grid from a generating station with the energy absorbed at the self-producer&#8217;s consumption facility. It refers to a generating station installed on the same or adjacent site as the consumption installation, which is connected to the distribution network through the same supply. The relevant declaration must have been cleared. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In the case of farmers, they must be registered in the Register of Farmers and Agricultural Holdings.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Photovoltaic stations<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The maximum eligible installed capacity of photovoltaic systems per installation under the Programme to be funded is set at 10.8kW.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Storage systems<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The maximum eligible storage system capacity per installation under the Programme is set at 10.8kWh.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Operation of a photovoltaic station with storage system<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">During the operation of the system (PV with battery), the energy produced by the PV station is primarily channelled to the beneficiary&#8217;s consumption.
